A highly respected boutique medical malpractice defense firm in Santa Monica is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its tight-knit, collaborative team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants real litigation experience, hands-on mentorship, and meaningful responsibility early in their career.

Duties:

  • Draft and argue motions; handle significant writing and research
  • Conduct discovery and manage smaller cases independently
  • Collaborate on larger, high-exposure matters
  • Participate in case strategy and trial preparation
  • Work closely with partners who are known for developing top-tier attorneys

?? Salary: $110,000-$200,000 (DOE)
?? Billables: ~150 hours/month (1800 annually)
