A highly respected boutique medical malpractice defense firm in Santa Monica is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its tight-knit, collaborative team. Work directly with senior attorneys and partners on complex med-mal defense matters

- 1-8 years of litigation experience (med-mal a plus, not required)

Duties:

Draft and argue motions; handle significant writing and research
Conduct discovery and manage smaller cases independently
Collaborate on larger, high-exposure matters
Participate in case strategy and trial preparation
Work closely with partners who are known for developing top-tier attorneys

?? Salary: $110,000-$200,000 (DOE)
?? Billables: ~150 hours/month (1800 annually)
